How to start cooking in Cozy Caravan
Get your caravan kitchen ready, then check three things before cooking.
Start with Arthur
Visit Guild Rep. Arthur in Basslebrook and check the caravan cooking upgrades. The cooking table introduction teaches Salad. Cooking equipment is unlocked through the Guild Catalogue, so keep collecting Guild Tokens as you travel.
A recipe and a station are separate unlocks
Open the Recipe Book inside the caravan. Find the meal you want, check its required ingredients, then check the station. Knowing a recipe does not automatically give you the oven or stove needed to use it.
Move ingredients into your backpack
Check your backpack before using a station. Ingredients in the inventory chest need to be moved into your backpack. For meals that use prepared ingredients, bring those prepared items, such as Pastry for Apple Pie.
Put a small menu together
Start with meals that share ingredients. Use the planner to combine their direct ingredient requirements, then tick each item as you pack. The checklist remembers your selection on this device.
